HartFit Endurance + Performance Day
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Obstacle Introduction & Safety Brief
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 3K Simulation Race Workout
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Open Play (must complete simulation first)
12:45 PM – 2:45 PM: Extended Lunch Break (2 Hours)
- Recovery window, hydration, mobility reset.
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Afternoon Track Workout Run (2 Hours)
- Sustained aerobic pacing
- Trail volume
- Controlled fatigue exposure
- Terrain variations
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: OCR Firework Event – Evening Social

- Food and lawn games

Location: HartFit ELEVATE OCR
Performance Integration + Technical Obstacle Day
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Morning Run Session (2 Hours)
- Aerobic flush
- Stride mechanics
- Hill intervals
- Recovery pacing work
11:45 AM – 1:45 PM: Extended Lunch Break (2 Hours)
Location: Altitude Movement
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: National Team Technical Obstacle Training
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Intro to OCR Training Camp
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: USAOCR Open Gym
